A proposal has been made to develop a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located in the land adjacent to Bhaktivedanta Manor. There is a shared concern between the local villagers in Letchmore Heath and Bhaktivedanta Manor that this development would bring about many issues, primarily that of noise pollution.

To ensure everyone’s safety as final preparations take place for the upcoming Sri Krishna Janmashtami festival (Sun 25 & Mon 26 Aug 2024), the site will be temporarily closed on Saturday 24 August 2024 from 10am onwards.
Stable Block Redevelopment
Over the course of the coming months, the stable block at Bhaktivedanta Manor is undergoing a redevelopment to improve the resident facilities upstairs, as well as revamp the current gift shop and create a new eatery and spiritual bookshop on the ground floor.
