More than 150 committed devotees attended the Live to Give seminar held in the Shri Krishna Haveli.

The event, which included interactive workshops, encouraged and equipped devotees to distribute Srila Prabhupada’s books.

Special guest was His Grace Vaisesika das, who oversaw the event. It was held shortly before the beginning of the traditional winter marathon, when devotees make a special effort to distribute books for the spiritual upliftment of society.

“You could see the success of the event on the faces of the participants as they enacted the role play based on how to distribute the Bhagavad-gita,” explained head of Manor book distribution Divya Nama das. “Everyone was super-charged! It provided devotees with a wonderful template of how to most effectively share Krishna Consciousness with others”.

Srila Prabhupada’s books include Sanskrit translations and elaborate commentaries on ancient scriptures such as the Bhagavad-gita and Srimad Bhagavatam, as well and many others.
