Vrindavana Das Thakura, is a prominent Vaishnava saint and poet who lived in the 16th century. He wrote the Chaitanya Bhagavata, which is considered one of the most important biographies of Lord Chaitanya. This scripture provides detailed accounts of the divine pastimes and teachings of Lord Chaitanya and his associates. According to Vedic scriptures, Vrindavana Das Thakura is considered to be the incarnation of Srila Vyasadeva, the compiler of the Vedas.
