About
Sri Madhavendra Puri was a Gaudiya Vaishnava saint, born in the 1400’s, known for his deep devotion to Lord Krishna. His teachings inspired Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, who spread the message of bhakti (devotion) across India. Madhavendra Puri emphasised chanting Krishna’s Holy Names and living with humility and simplicity. His life of devotion left a lasting influence on the Gaudiya tradition.
