Ayurveda, “the knowledge for long life” is a system of traditional medicine from India and a form of alternative medicine around the world. It promotes physical health and disease prevention based on lifestyle, spiritual principles and forms of yoga.
During his most recent stay, President Srutidharma das presented Dr Lad with a copy of Radhanath Swami’s book “The Journey Home.”
“…One should learn from Swamiji’s life story about the depth of dedication, conviction and total commitment to the inner search of Truth,” said Dr Lad about the book. “His whole life flows like a river from mountain to valley, from jungles to cities, till it merges into the ocean, where all running, flowing comes to an end with the inner science and bliss. This book is a powerful guide for all, those who wish to have the spiritual awakening, and exploration of inner Truth”.
