Teacher Bio

Ram has been learning about and practising Krishna Consciousness since birth as he was raised in a family of Vaisnavas. He believes that to teach others you first have to be a good student, and to that end, he studied degrees in maths at Cambridge University and computer science & AI at Imperial College London, where he received prizes for academic excellence. This academic training helped him to understand spiritual wisdom more deeply, systematically and comprehensively. His study of Krishna consciousness began with a search for answers to life’s big questions including why am I here, what is the goal of life and how can I be happy and successful in life? Having found satisfying answers in spiritual texts, he continued to learn how spirituality can be practically integrated to enrich every area of life.

Over the past decade, he has been teaching Bhagavad-gita and Krishna consciousness to university students and students at the School of Bhakti. He relishes sharing spiritual wisdom because of its ability to positively transform people’s lives. Students in his courses have appreciated his deep insights, his ability to simplify complex concepts and his focus on making spiritual wisdom practical.
