Course Description
Have you wanted to understand the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and learn how to apply it into your life? This short workshop is an introduction into this sophisticated science of life. Understand the concept of the doshas and how it applies to you. We will also take a look at the Dinacarya or daily routine recommended in the samhitas and how you can practically apply this into your life.
We will be learning how to understand the doshas, what your imbalances are as well as simple tips on how to balance them. Join this interactive session to learn how to incorporate Ayurveda into your life.
Teacher Profile
Having started her journey with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and Neuroscience from King's College London, Ananga Sakhi went on to gain a 1st class degree in Ayurvedic Studies. Her thirst for knowledge did not stop there as she continued to broaden her knowledge base and was awarded a Distinction for her Nutritional therapy diploma, became a certified Yoga Teacher, completed a number of FunctionalMedicine courses, became a plant based chef and continues to enrol in numerous postgraduate courses.
