Bhaktivedanta Manor was delighted to welcome Sir Keir Starmer, Leader of the Labour Party, who visited the Temple on Monday 10 October. He received a tour of the beautiful mock-Tudor building and gardens, met members of the Temple and congregation and was given an opportunity to feed a cow from the famous Goshalla – a cruelty-free farm project at the Manor, as well as hearing about the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. During the tour, Sir Keir, a practicing vegetarian, was presented a vegetarian cookbook in Srila Prabhupad’s darshan room.
