Friendship Group for 50+
Participants meet on Thurday mornings between 10.30am to 2pm. The members engage in activities such as making flowers out of paper/pipe cleaners, creating their own word searches, various creative activities and yoga. The participants find the ‘sound bath’ sessions healing and a visit to the Temple shrine blissful. The morning ends with a vegetarian meal and socialising with other attendees.

Volunteer Care Council (VCC) supporting students in volunteering
The VCC are excited to see so many students coming for placements, Duke of Edinburgh award and accompanying parents.
Volunteering at the Manor empowers the youth to learn new skills and life skills too. It helps the next generation imbibe the mood of giving back to the community. The youth engage in different activities such as gardening, samosa making, helping in prasadam distribution, Temple room and at the cow sanctuary. A group of children recently came to plant the bulbs on the Manor grounds, as spring is here! Recently adult students with disabilities joined volunteering at the farm, and had an amazing time!
