Course Description

Immerse yourself in a creative journey designed to relax your mind and soothe your soul. Mindful Art for Stress Relief is a unique one-day experience that combines the therapeutic power of art with mindfulness to help you release stress, enhance focus, and restore inner peace. You won’t go home empty handed – rather with a healed heart and new artwork for your wall.

This workshop includes watercolor painting by Vrinda from Flow State Arts, and face painting by Prana from P.C.E., guiding you through each expressive medium with the aim of grounding you in the present moment.

What You’ll Experience:
• Watercolor Painting: Led by Vrinda, learn to express your creativity through watercolor painting, using gentle strokes to calm your mind and focus your attention.
• Face Painting: Let your inner artistry shine through with face painting, offering an opportunity to experience mindfulness in a fun and expressive way.
