Teacher Profile:
Since 2015, Kalakantha Das has been the GBC Minister of Cow Protection and Agriculture. Born in Brazil from a family of farmers and agriculture professors, son of a Cambridge PHD professor and researcher, he has worked and visited almost all ISKCON farm communities in the last 27 years and holds a degree in agriculture. Kalakantha das believes in the power of producing food. He is building an educational program around abundant Krishna conscious living with cow protection and regenerative agriculture and currently runs the ISKCON Continental Farm Conferences Cycle, with the help of vibrant continental networks. These networks of representatives are already established in Europe, North and South America, Russia, Ukraine, India and are expanding. He is based in Sri Dham Mayapur, India.
