Course Description
Unlock the secrets to a balanced mind with a unique blend of Ayurveda, Functional Medicine, and Vedic astrology.
What we’ll explore: • How the mind-body connection influences mood, focus, and emotional resilience. • Ayurvedic insights — the role of the Manas (mind), how the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) affect emotions, and how to restore balance. • The three modes of nature (Gunas) — Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas — and their influence on your mood, thoughts, and energy levels. • Vedic astrology and clarity — how planetary influences can shape emotional patterns and mental tendencies. • Recognizing imbalances — spotting daily signs like anxiety, brain fog, restlessness, or low mood — and what they mean from both Ayurvedic and functional perspectives. • Diet and lifestyle for optimal mood — balancing blood sugar, managing stress hormones, and using Ayurvedic routines (Dinacharya) to support clarity and stability. • Holistic solutions — mood-boosting herbs, nourishing foods, breathwork, and rituals to cultivate a calm, focused mind.
Perfect for anyone looking to understand the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit — and how to nurture through ancient wisdom and modern science.
